Day-wise Itinerary
On arrival at Srinagar international airport you will be welcomed and escorted to your hotel, a 35-minute drive that introduces you to the city — through its heart, over Abdullah Bridge across the Jhelum, past the Dal Gate market and on to Dal Lake for an hour's Shikara ride. After some rest, a tour of the Mughal gardens of Nishat, Shalimar and Chashmashahi, with the valley's mountain views. Overnight on the houseboat.

- Check-in 14:00 hours, check-out 12:00 hours
- Early check-in is subject to availability
- Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability and payment
- Guests must carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card / election card) for every member travelling
- In heavy snowfall at Gulmarg, vehicles change at Tangmarg (about 14 km before Gulmarg). Snow jeeps or chained vehicles are used up to Gulmarg and back; guests pay INR 2,500 per vehicle (7 passengers) for the return trip directly to the service provider
- Horse riding, zorbing and other sports activities are paid directly by the guests
- Sightseeing at Gulmarg and Sonamarg is by union cabs or ponies only; our vehicles cannot move from the hotel or parking area due to union restrictions
- Sonamarg: guests pay directly for horse riding, Thajiwas glacier and Zero Point
- Pahalgam: guests pay directly for horse riding and Baisaran Valley
Cancellation Policy
More than 21 days before arrival: 5% of the package cost. Within 21 days of arrival: 100% of the package cost. No show: no refund. Refunds follow the hotel policy.
Important notes
Gondola tickets can only be booked online — there is no offline booking. Book at https://www.jammukashmircablecar.com/ for the dates of your Gulmarg visit. Hotels in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonamarg should not be compared with metropolitan cities; star categories are as per the hill station and OTAs.
